Before focusing on writing, he served as both a soldier and a firefighter, experiences that exposed him to pressure, loss, and the resilience of ordinary people.
He later spent more than twenty-five years working as a counselor, psychotherapist, and coach. His academic training includes a joint honors degree in Philosophy and Psychology, along with a master's degree in Philosophy of Mind.
Now semi-retired, he divides his time between England and Spain, continuing to write and reflect on the themes that have shaped his life and work. He is married, has three grown children, and shares life with two dogs.
I choose to make my books available through my own online store because it allows me to offer a more focused and thoughtful experience for readers. Large retailers like Amazon carry millions of titles, often place competing books side by side, and limit what authors can do with pricing and bundles.
Selling direct allows me to keep things simple, clear, and centred on the books themselves rather than on algorithms or distractions. My books are still available through platforms such as Amazon, Apple, and Barnes & Noble, so you can choose whichever option works best for you.
Through my store, I can create carefully selected bundles, provide meaningful discounts, and combine books in ways that simply aren't possible elsewhere. It means you can access more content, more easily, and at a better overall price.
The Books
Speaks to the pressure of modern life — comparison, performance, and the feeling you never quite measure up. It shows where that pressure comes from and how it shapes your thinking, then replaces it with a solid foundation rooted in God's love. Instead of chasing approval, you learn to live from a secure identity that brings greater confidence, clearer boundaries, and healthier relationships.
Speaks to a common frustration — reacting in ways you don't understand, then wondering why. This book offers a clear, Christian approach to understanding your inner patterns and how they shape your relationships, emotions, and choices. Drawing on Scripture and psychological insight, it helps you recognize what's really driving your reactions.
Speaks to the quiet exhaustion of always saying yes, carrying too much, and wondering why peace feels out of reach. This book shows why boundaries are not selfish but essential to a faithful life. Drawing on Scripture and the example of Jesus, it helps you recognize where guilt and habit have shaped your choices.
Speaks to the hidden strain behind so many relationships — giving from pressure, staying silent to avoid rejection, and confusing exhaustion with love. This book helps you build a richer, more authentic faith-rooted life where your relationships reflect genuine love rather than fear or obligation.
Continues the journey of the series, building on the foundations laid in earlier volumes. With clarity and compassion, this book addresses the deeper patterns that keep us stuck and offers a practical, Scripture-rooted path forward.
The culminating volume of the series, bringing together the insights from all previous books into a coherent vision for a life of faith, growth, and lasting change. A powerful conclusion to a transformative series.
